The Challenge - To bring recognition and celebration to Worten employees everyday lives, reinventing internal processes and the workforce management system for the roughly 3000 people across more than 200 stores of the retail chain.
The Challenge - To activate the Worten brand with the portuguese gamer community by promoting it as "the place to go for gaming and esports in Portugal".
The Challenge - To create a platform that not only engages but also provides real time guidance to the B2C team at Cetelem, while at the same time speeding up onboarding processes and bringing the team closer to the commercial activity and processes.
